- Signing up for an inMotion account
Go to the signup page and enter the following information:
- Your first name
- Your surname
- Your email address
- A sane password. We recommend a password with at least 8 characters, including mixed case and one number or special character
- Enter your registration code. To obtain a private beta registration code, please email email@example.com. Please include a brief description of how you are going to use inMotion
- To use InMotion we require that you accept the terms and conditions. Please take the time to read these carefully.
On completion, please submit the CREATE ACCOUNT button. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email asking you confirm the account creation.
- Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by going to the reset password page. Simply enter the email address you used to sign up for your inMotion account and request the password be reset.
You will be sent an email within a few minutes, requesting you reset your password. Please follow the link and change the password. The link will be active for 24 hours, after which you must again request a password reset.
If you receive a request to reset your password and you did not initiate the request, take no further action.
- Changing your password
In addition to resetting your password, should you have forgotten it, you may also change your password while logged in to inMotion. Simple click the drop down under your account name and select the change password menu:
To change the password, you must enter your current password, your new password and your new password again to confirm the entry was correct.
